I am on a Windows 11 machine. Lastpass extension for the Firefox browser does not maintain my vault data. I have to refresh each time I go into the browser. This just started a couple of days ago. Perhaps after installing a new Tmobile gateway? Ideas on how to address/fix?

Hi, I've been trying to access academic articles through my university library online database. My browser often directs the shibboleth authentication to the sign-in page of my previous university, not to my current ones. An example is provided below: the first link gets automatically changed to the send one. How can I stop the browser from doing this, so that I can log in through my current university account? I’d like to give some feedback regarding the built-in PDF editor. I really enjoy this feature and use it often because it’s convenient and easy to work with. However, there’s an issue that has forced me to stop using it for now.

Whenever I add text to a PDF using Firefox’s editor, everything looks fine on my computer. But once I upload the edited PDF to another platform such as Google Drive, the text I typed disappears and turns into empty boxes. This means the annotations or filled-in fields are no longer readable on other devices or cloud services.

At the moment, the edited PDF can only be viewed properly on my own computer, and this limitation makes it difficult to share documents or submit forms. I sincerely hope this compatibility issue can be improved, because I really do love Firefox’s PDF editing feature and would like to continue using it.

I had the Primary password set.

Today I restarted Firefox to install some updates (not sure if that's relevant), and when I opened Firefox again, I expected to enter my primary password for sync, but nothing showed up. I thought it was some bug after update or something, so I closed and reopened Firefox, but no dialog box came out.

So I went to passwords section and tried to view one password, which should prompt me to enter my primary password, but it just showed the password to me without asking for my primary. This is where I got quite scared.

I went to my settings and I found out that my primary password is just... not set. I did not remove it, I never told it to anyone, I didn't give anyone a chance to extract it. But it is just not there.

What the hell is going on? I couldn't find any answer to this, anywhere. Is there some option to see how/when was my primary password removed? Some logs?

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

Hello, So I have chosen Firefox as my default for 10 years now over the others. Lately every time you guys update I can't play videos from Starz and Paramount. First one update ruined Starz and now this past update ruined Paramount. YouTube plays fine and Netflix play fine.. Network TV stations play fine (CBS, NBC, Fox, & ABC). Now no matter what I do as far as setting I can't get videos to play on those 2 Platform

Impossible de les retrouver ou de récupérer les données de mon compte initial. Just a week or so ago I could no longer login to Vanguard using firefox unless private version was used. THis happens on any product where firefox is default browser-Windows, Android and MAC all give a login/password error and nothing shown in the previous fixes work. Cache, troubleshoot mode, extensions and the other stuff have no effect on access. I can use Chrome and edge (both of which I hate) with no problem.

I just purchase a new computer. Windows 11. When I first set it up I tried to log into Yahoo.com mail on 4 different browsers. None of them worked. Either had the error message of "1. Disable Ad Blockers 2. Enable Java Script". or "something went wrong". I disabled the ad/pop up blockers but cannot find settings for Java. I am not having trouble on any other device, nor with any other website.

I restored the computer to factory specs since I had hardly anything on it. That did not work either.

I downloaded firefox desktop for my imac 27" none of the passwords I had on file would work so I changed the password and tried it. It appeared to work but after a while the incorrect password came up again. I continued to try using the code you sent via email several times and even though it appeared to. accept the password it still rejects your code. I have tried both caps and lower case characters but it still rejects the login
